The Office of Technology Services End User Computing (EUC) organization functions as the statewide single point of contact for end user support for all incidents, issues and requests. This support service includes multiple components of remote and onsite based Service Desk and Device Management operations. Access to EUC services are provided to end users through the self-service web portal, email and phone systems. These channels provide the ability to quickly and easily open a support ticket. OTS technicians provide support for all state issued and approved user hardware and software including desktop computers, laptops, other mobile devices, network printers and multi-function devices.
