  • Includes up to $35,000 for general administration; $4,000 per house assisted for construction administration; up to $2,500 for pre-agreement costs. 
  • Includes up to $25,000 for general administration; $1,500 per house made accessible for construction administration; up to $2,500 for pre-agreement costs.
Demonstrated Needs - $250,000

Includes up to $25,000 for administration; up to $3,700 for pre-agreement costs.

LaSTEP - $500,000

Includes up to $30,000 for administration; up to $3,700 for pre-agreement costs.

Public Infrastructure

Included a maximum of $35,000 for administration; except for community centers, up to $3,700 for pre-agreement costs.

Economic Development

The amounts available are limited by the number of new, permanent, full time jobs created based on a maximum of $10,000 per job for publicly-owned infrastructure, and a maximum of $15,000 per job for loans for privately-owned buildings or equipment. Includes up to $35,000 for program administration and a maximum of $9,000 for pre-agreement costs if the ERR is submitted prior to application submittal or a maximum of $4,000 for pre-agreement costs if the ERR is not submitted prior to application submittal.

New or Startup Businesses:

  • $639,000 for private loans for equipment or building construction
  • $639,000 grant for publicly-owned infrastructure
  • $639,000 for purchase, rehabilitation or construction of a publicly-owned building

Expansion of Existing Businesses:

  • no ceiling is imposed for a loan for equipment or building construction
  • $1,039,000 grant for publicly-owned infrastructure
  • $1,039,000 for purchase, rehabilitation or construction of a publicly-owned building
