Adding Contract Items to a New or Existing Requisition
Purpose
Use this procedure to add contract items to a new or existing requisition.

Procedure
1. An Add Contract Items screen appears after you have: 1) clicked Items on the navigation bar and , 2) clicked on a category of items listed on the menu/sub-menu that appears.
If the contract item list exceeds the page
limit, the list will be paged and you may click on the needed page number to
move to that page.
A Choose a
Requisition section appears if the user currently has requisitions in
progress for the category of items selected.
2. Locate the needed item(s) on the Add Contract Items list and type in a quantity for each item in the Quantity field on the far left side of the screen. Determine your next action as follows:

you are adding contract items to a new requisition and want to exit this screen (additional Add Contract Items pages are not needed), |

you are adding contract items to a new requisition and want to move to the next Add Contract Items page (to select additional items), |

you are adding contract items to a requisition currently in progress and want to exit this screen (additional Add Contract Items pages are not needed), |
select the requisition in the Choose a Requisition section with the radio
button in the Select column and click |

you are adding contract items to a requisition currently in progress and want to move to the next Add Contract Items page (to select additional items), |
select the requisition in the Choose a Requisition section with the radio
button in the Select column and click |
3. Click
if 1)
you have added no contract items to the
requisition and want to return to your Home
page or 2) you want to discard changes on the current screen after making
changes on a previous screen and you want to return to the Requisition screen.
4. If you want to log out, click
and the LA eCat
(log out) screen appears.
