The ORM Customer Satisfaction Survey evaluates your direct contact and experience with the Claims, Loss Prevention, Statistics, and Underwriting Sections of ORM. The ORM Website Survey evaluates the effectiveness of ORM's website. Please take the appropriate survey(s). Your responses are confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than research conducted by the ORM. The surveys can be accessed in the Links section to the left. Thank you for your participation. All RFP information can be found in the RFP link to the left. Defensive Driver Training is no longer available through ORM's website. Users of the ISIS payroll system can now access the course through Louisiana Employees Online (LEO). Users without access to this system will need to contact his or her agency's safety manager/coordinator for alternate access.
