[1]On the resulting logon screen, type your Federal Tax Identification Number in the appropriate box and click Login.

[2]On the next screen, Payee Search Screen, scroll to Optional Selection Criteria, choose agency 804 - Office of Risk Management and click Find Payments.

[3]On the next screen, Payee Payments, you will see all checks issued to your agency in the OSRAP payment system. Clicking on a check number will show all claims payed by that check.
