OGB Submits Final Report on Notice of Intent

In accordance with the governing rule-making procedures, the Office of Group Benefits (OGB) has submitted to the House Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance its final report on the Notice of Intent which was published by the Office of State Register on August 20, 2015.  The public was provided with an opportunity to comment and to request a public hearing through written communication to be received by September 10, 2015.  The OGB has not received a request for a public hearing or received any comments on the proposed rule.
