Due to recent events, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality will modify the format of the administrative rules hearing currently scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2020, at 1:30 pm, for 2008Pot1 - Substantive Changes to Proposed Rule WQ097.

 Board of Pharmacy

The public hearing to receive comments and testimony on the proposed revisions to the original proposed rule for Regulatory Project 2020-1 ~ Prescription Monitoring Program has been postponed.  The hearing was originally scheduled for Wed., August 26, 2020.  Due to the threat of severe weather associated with Hurricane Marco, that hearing has been postponed to Tue., September 8, 2020.  The time is still set for 9:00 am; the deadline for all comments and testimony has been extended to 12 noon that same day.

Facility Planning and Control

  The Public Hearing scheduled on August 26, 2020, to address substantive changes to proposed rule: Designer Contracts (LAC 34:III.Chapter 1) has been rescheduled due to the impending hurricane.

   The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 10 am in the Claiborne Conference Center, Iowa Room, 1-153, which is located at 1201 North Third St. in Baton Rouge, LA.  At that time, all interested persons will be afforded an opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments, either orally or in writing.  In accordance with Covid-19 Guidelines, all attendees must wear masks and have their temperatures taken upon entry to the Claiborne Conference Center.  Seating will be provided to comply with recommended social distancing and masks must continue to be worn during the public hearing.
