OSP Staff Directory

OSP maintains four (4) help desks to assist agencies and vendors:

The authority of OSP is vested in its director, who is the State Chief Procurement Officer, authorized by state law to delegate authority to assistants as needed.

The Analytics Team provides management and finance support functions for OSP, including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, budget, finance, and special projects support.

The Blanket Orders Team establishes and maintains multi-delivery purchase orders, typically for bulk commodities or recurring operating services not carried on multi-year contracts.

Commodities Team 1 focuses primarily on durable goods, along with some consumables and operating services as well as light construction.

The One-Time Buys Team issues and awards one-off bids for purchases which are too infrequent or irregular to be carried on long-term contracts.

The Professional Contracts Team performs technical and regulatory review of non-competitive professional, personal, consulting, and social service contracts entered into by state agencies, board and commissions.
